Representative Weyhrauch moved and asked unanimous consent that reconsideration of HB 205 be taken up on the same day. Representative Weyhrauch placed a call of the House. The Speaker stated the call was satisfied. There being no objection, the following was again before the House in third reading: HOUSE BILL NO. 205 "An Act relating to service in the peace corps as an allowable absence from the state for purposes of eligibility for permanent fund dividends and to the period for filing an application for a permanent fund dividend; authorizing the Department of Revenue to issue administrative orders imposing sanctions for certain misrepresentations or other actions concerning eligibility for a permanent fund dividend and providing for administrative appeal of those orders; and providing for an effective date." The question to be reconsidered: "Shall HB 205 pass the House?" Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HB 205 was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
